Your employer may purchase a course on your behalf and provide us with your name and work email address so that we can register you on the course and email you joining instructions or your login so that you can start your online training.

 

We also receive information about the status of your online training course, which would be provided by ProTrainings Europe Limited, so that where mandatory online training is required for your qualification, we can ensure that this has been completed prior to our classroom training.

  • Date of Birth (only if carrying out a Regulated Qualification)

  • Contact Information such as email addresses and telephone numbers;

  • In each case, in accordance with this privacy policy.

 

If you complete an enquiry form on our web page your data is directed to a secure server and not via email making it more secure.

Definitions and interpretation

  • Where your employer has booked and paid for a course for you (Legitimate Interest) - To provide you with your training and qualification.

  • Contact you with course booking confirmation, pre and post course information (Contract) - We use your information to provide you with the services you or your employer have purchased, this may include invoicing.  Information you may require attending the course or to log onto the online portal to access pre-course information or complete an online course.

  • Current Qualifications (Contract) - For re-qualification courses we may require information on current qualifications as acceptable proof of qualification.

  • Provide information about other courses that may be of interest to you (Legitimate Interest) - We my contact you to provide information on other course we provide that may be of interest to you in your profession.

  • To gain relevant feedback (Legitimate Interest) - Feedback is a key element of our IQA, evidence on the performance of us as a provider.  This is optional, and reviews are shown on our testimonial page to inform other users on the quality of service provided.

  • Internal and External Quality Assurance (Legitimate Interest) - RTJ Training Ltd may need to contact you for quality assurance purposes.  This may also be done by awarding organisations who certify our qualifications.

  • Monitoring the use of our website (Legitimate Interest) – Occasionally we pay for advertising on Google, to enable us to monitor the effectiveness of our advertising and the usability of our web-pages we use Google Analytics for optimisation purposes. RTJ Training Ltd treats all personal data confidentially and only shares data where necessary for certification purposes and or legal reasons, in which case it is done in accordance with this privacy policy.

  • ProTrainings Europe Limited - To provide certification for qualifications, access to training portal and online courses, you can access their Privacy Policy here.

  • Your employer or agency if they have arranged the training for you.

  • Professionals such as lawyers, bankers, auditors or our insurers.

Where do we store data and secure personal data?

 

We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your Data, for example:

How long do we keep your personal data for?

 

RTJ training Ltd will only store data for the minimum time required by civil law in case of claims made against our company, this period will not exceed 3 years.

ProTrainings Europe Limited will store any data uploaded to their system for qualification purposes for a period dictated under their Privacy Policy.
